Equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) are values that I hold close to my heart. l believe that all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.
I embrace diversity and inclusion and have a strong belief in valuing each person equally regardless of ethnicity, religion, sex, language, sexual orientation, physical ability, or any other status.
I strive to be aware of unconscious bias and embrace all types of ceremony, for all types of people.
I value each person as an individual and believe that diversity is something to be celebrated. No two people are the same and our individuality is what makes us truly remarkable.
The world would be a very dull place if we were all the same!
